My Story

After 8 years on hormonal contraceptives, I was tired of pumping my body with synthetic hormones and not letting it go through it’s natural cycles. I was disconnected from my body, had little knowledge about my reproductive cycles and without even realizing it had become moody and lost my vital spark. I felt there had to be a better way, a method that was natural and most importantly reliable and backed by science. That’s when I came across the Billings Ovulation Method and stopped taking hormonal contraceptives. While I had my doubts about using a natural method, it soon became clear that there was nothing to worry about and 10 years on it is still serving me perfectly!

Coming off the pill was a liberation! I didn’t even realise the effect that hormonal contraception was having on me until I came off it. I felt like a new person - happier, healthier and more vibrant. Learning the Billings Ovulation Method also taught me so much about my body, my fertility and my health. I found this knowledge so transformational that it became my passion to share it with other women. Now I work with women at all stages of life, from adolescence to pleno-pause, helping them to connect with their bodies, understand their cycles and obtaining their goal of achieving or avoiding a pregnancy.
